To ensure your experience remains seamless, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy. This means you have up to thirty days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

  • No restocking fee will be charged

To be eligible for a return
Your item must be in the same condition in which it was received—unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required. Once your request is accepted, we will share a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Kindly note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We encourage our customers to inspect their orders immediately upon delivery. If you happen to receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us right away so that we can make it right without delay.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain categories of products are not eligible for return. These include custom-made or personalized items, perishable goods, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you are unsure about the eligibility of your item, feel free to reach out for clarification before initiating a return.

Exchanges
For those wishing to exchange a product, the most efficient way is to return the item and place a fresh order for the preferred choice once your return has been approved.

Refunds
Refunds are processed after we have received and inspected the returned goods. If the return is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note that return courier charges will be borne by the customer. The applicable courier amount will be deducted from the total refund, and the remaining balance will be transferred to your bank account.
Kindly allow some additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund.
