Any item that is unused, has the original tags still on it, and is still in the original packaging—which must be in the
original condition—can be exchanged within 15 days of the product being delivered.
The parcel must be returned to us with your name, order number, and phone number inside. We will call you back
within 1-2 business days after receiving your package.
